Our special edition PROXY • GENMAICHA + KAFFIR LIME LEAF is a fizzy flavour explosion based on a tea infusion of Genmaicha, Sencha tea, and kaffir lime leaf. Earthy and nutty tones from the roasted rice in Genmaicha mingle with the bright, citrusy lime leaf, while the acidity from our homemade Kombucha starter culture adds a refreshing twist.
