Bouche is a young Kombucha brewery, created in the joint studios of our artists’ collective in Berlin-Pankow. The project started as a friendly collaboration but soon grew into a small production company. Today we are proud to finally share our passion for the craft of brewing. In the development of our kombucha, we place particular emphasis on developing a unique aromatic diversity by creating distinctive taste profiles. With every sip you can taste the complex interaction between tea, bacterial cultures, and yeasts. Throughout the brewing process, a key focus is on exploring new flavors by experimenting with different yeast and hop varieties in combination with carefully selected ingredients. We do not add industrially produced concentrates to our Kombucha, but develop our own starter cultures and original flavors along with our own innovative brewing techniques.

Our original flavor MELONBUZZ is now available in 0.75l champagne bottles. The new format allows the fruity spice of cantaloupe and Szechuan pepper to unfold in a broader, more mature flavor. Thanks to our refined recipe, the format allows for more breathing and a more detailed profile. It's great for sharing and blending! We find that our Kombucha, presented this way, can be an excellent non-alcoholic wine accompaniment for restaurants. A non-alcoholic beverage for adults, as an alternative to the sodas and juices you're usually offered.
Combining earl grey tea, bergamot peel, and mulberry wood to produce a flavor that is bright in taste, mild in its acidity, with clear notes of citrus and burnt sugar, EARLYBIRD is our take on a juicy cold brew tea. The earthy woodiness from the mulberry offers a dry basis for a surprising bitter fruitiness and an extra caffeine kick.
This kombucha is a refreshing blend of cantaloupe melon and sichuan pepper. With notes of musk and citrus peel, the melon transports exotic fruitiness, while the pepper surprises with its subtle, lingering spiciness. The lively brew is rounded off by the classic acidity of our kombucha base and leaves behind a tingling sensation on the tongue.
This kombucha is named after the variety of hops with which it was brewed. The Lemondrop hops as the main flavor transports a uniquely herbal character. The pronounced fruit and citrus notes give this bouquet its decidedly sparkling quality. Lemondrop balances the subtle acidity of the kombucha culture with a soft elderflower aroma and herbal notes of hemp and hops. This bouquet forms the body and feeling of a good craft beer.
We are very glad to unveil our limited edition A3 BOUCHE print! For a short time only one edition of the RISO print will be included with each purchase of any two cases of kombucha.
